  • Collaboration with FAO, WHO, UNESCO, WAITRO.
  • Future joint Workshops are envisaged with WHO/FAO on issues such as Food Safety Assurance and on Food Fermentation in Developing Countries

ICFMH2018’ Southeast Asian Microbial Food Safety Workshop held in Siem Reap, Cambodia

ICFMH organized a microbial food safety workshop in Siem Reap, Cambodia from August 13-16, 2018. The main goal was to assist in improving the food safety standards in the Southeast Asian region towards local and global markets. Joining the workshop were twenty-nine participants from six Southeast Asian countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines and Vietnam).
