About 500 scientist from all over the world attended the 26th International ICFMH Conference, FoodMicro 2018, took place in Berlin, (Germany) from 3rd to 6th September 2018.
An interesting scientific programme entitled “Biodiversity of food borne microbes” offered great lectures, keynotes, oral presentations and posters.
The International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene (ICFMH) organised several events before the conference, including the 3rd Symposium of the WPAEFM: “Food Microbiology Education in Practice”, ICFMH Workshop on Foodborne Microbial Toxins, ICFMH Workshop on Developing Countries and ICPMF Predictive Microbiology Software Fair.
The ICMFH sponsored 16 scientist from developing countries to attend the FoodMicro 2018 as well as the Developing Scientist Oral Paper and Poster Competitions. See the winners in the photo gallery bellow.
